Speaking

Executive conversations for what senior leadership requires next.

Alicia Perkins delivers keynotes, executive sessions, workshops, and moderated conversations for leaders navigating greater responsibility, changing organizations, and decisions that require more than strong performance.

Her work examines executive judgment, authority, how leaders are experienced in important moments, what experience has come to mean, and what senior leaders need to recognize as the business changes what it expects from them.

Why Alicia

A perspective shaped by how executive decisions actually get made.

Before founding The Positioning House, Alicia spent more than 15 years in recruiting, executive placement, and talent management, close to the conversations where leaders were evaluated, selected, promoted, and passed over.

She has since advised more than 400 senior leaders privately across organizational change, executive selection, expanded responsibility, reputation, authority, and decisions about what their experience should create next.

That background allows her to speak to both sides of the room: what organizations need from senior leaders and what executives need to understand about how their leadership is being experienced and evaluated.

Bring Alicia Into the Room

Every engagement begins with the audience and what the organization wants the conversation to accomplish.

We start with the business context, who will be in the room, and what you want leaders to understand, examine, or approach differently afterward.

Share your event, audience, goals, and dates, and The Positioning House will follow up with availability and recommended session options.
