The Positioning House
Executive education and advisory for what senior leadership requires next.
The Positioning House works with executives and organizations on judgment, authority, position, and the demands that come with greater responsibility.
The work
Education built around the decisions senior leaders actually have to make.
The work helps executives understand what their experience supports, operate with stronger judgment and authority, and make deliberate decisions about what comes next.

The intellectual property
Systems built for the work itself.
These systems are the core of what The Positioning House builds. They give executives a practical way to work inside the decisions, conversations, and situations they are already navigating. Advisory and organizational work apply the same systems directly.
Language System
How leaders communicate the work, reasoning, and responsibility behind their decisions.
Judgment System
How leaders assess what matters, make consequential decisions, and explain the call.
Presence System
How leaders are experienced in important rooms, difficult conversations, and moments of pressure.
Signal System
How language, framing, decisions, visibility, and authority shape what others trust a leader to own.

The Positioning Room
Ongoing analysis for senior leaders, in your inbox.
The Positioning Room is Alicia Perkins’ newsletter on judgment, authority, and what senior leadership requires next. Each issue looks at what a role is giving an executive, where they have room to ask for more, and what needs to change for different options to become possible.

The founder
Built from seeing executive decisions from both sides.
Alicia Perkins spent more than 15 years in recruiting, executive placement, and talent management, where she saw how leaders were discussed, evaluated, selected, promoted, and underestimated behind closed doors.
Since then, she has advised more than 400 leaders on how their experience is understood, what their current position is giving them, and what needs to change if they want different options.
She founded The Positioning House to turn that experience into practical systems, education, and advisory support for senior leaders and organizations.
