1) What you are buying

Positioned for More™ is a self-paced digital system with videos, templates, and guides. It is for one person to use.

2) Access

You get lifetime access to the system for as long as it is offered. Platforms may change. If we move platforms, your access moves with it.

3) What is not included

No coaching, no DMs, no personalized feedback, no community. Support is limited to technical access issues.

4) Price, payment, and NO REFUNDS

All sales are final. No refunds under any circumstance once you have access.
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments on schedule. Missed payments may suspend access until paid.

5) License and intellectual property

Your purchase is a single-user, non-transferable license. You may not copy, share, resell, rebrand, or distribute any materials. All content remains the intellectual property of Alicia Perkins and Positioned for More™.

6) Fair use rules

Keep your login private. Do not upload materials to shared drives or public sites. Reasonable personal copies of templates are fine for your own use.

7) Results disclaimer

This system gives you tools and strategies. Results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for how you use the materials.

8) Tech and availability

You need a modern device and internet. We make reasonable efforts to keep the system available but are not liable for third-party outages.

9) Chargebacks and failed payments

Opening a chargeback after accessing the system violates this agreement. We may revoke access and pursue collection of amounts owed and related fees.

10) Privacy

We collect and use your information according to our Privacy Policy. Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details.

11) Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of [Your State]. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of [Your County and State]. By purchasing, you consent to that venue.

12) Changes
